Animation & Digital Art Competition

There are two equivalent forms of participation.:
1) IN PERSON participation: originals of art objects;
2) In absentia participation: the author sends electronic versions of art objects to the competition. The organizing committee prints files and places it in the general exposition (A3 format).
 
Age categories of the participants:
• Category “Kids”: up to 7 years
• Category “Young”: from 8 to 10 years
• Category “Middle”: from 11 to 13 years old
• Category “Older”: from 14 to 16 years old
• Category “Junior”: from 17 to 21 years
• Category “Teacher”: not limited
 
 

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS / PARTICIPATION RULES
in International competition of Animation and Digital Art

 
The author has the right to submit to the competition and demonstration any number of multimedia exhibits (they are registered as independent competitive works). One work can participate only in one nomination.
Attention: Video projects where photos and videos were downloaded from the Internet will not participate in competition.
Nominations:
1) Hand-drawn animation
2) Computer animation
3) 3D animation

Technical requirements:
1) Electronic projects and multimedia exhibits are accepted for the competition and demonstration (in absentia participation).
2) Technical characteristics of multimedia exhibits provided for the competition and demonstration:
а) in person participation: multimedia exhibit – file size from 10 to 100 MB, saved as video in formats .AVI, .MPEG, .MKV; size of the image 1280х720(HD720), 1920х1080(HD1080); only company logo and author signs can be placed on an image. We accept works made in form of a video of a slide show with the use of photos in Power Point. 
b) in absentia participation: multimedia exhibit – file size from 10 to 100 MB, saved as video in formats .AVI, .MPEG, .MKV; size of the image 1280х720(HD720), 1920х1080(HD1080); only company logo and author signs can be placed on an image. We accept works made in form of a video of a slide show with the use of photos in Power Point. 
3) In person and in absentia works are demonstrated on the exhibition days in multimedia hall.

According to the results of the jury's work, lists of winners are formed for each age and professional category and in each nomination. The winners of the competition are awarded with diplomas of the Organizing Committee and the Artistic Council of the competition, recommendations for artistic directors, participation in a number of foreign exhibitions. All participants receive a certificate of participation (Diploma).

Choreographic Competition / Dance Competition

ТECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
in Choreographic Competition / Dance Competition
 
Individual performers (dancers) and creative groups - pupils of cultural and educational institutions, schoolchildren, students of studios, clubs, centers of extracurricular activities and other creative associations of children, adolescents and young people aged 27 inclusive are invited to participate in the competition.
 
Nominations:
1) Modern dance
2) Classical choreography
3) Folk dance and folk-stylized dance:
4) Ballroom dancing
5) Pantomime dance / humorous dance
6) Mix dance (mixed dance forms)
 
Evaluation Criteria:
Competitive performances are evaluated according to the following criteria:
a) performing skills (level of dance training)
b) artistry (level of acting)
Additionally, the jury may evaluate:
a) the skill of the director (integrity of the composition, originality)
b) costume design
 
Designing requirements:
а) Competitive work is considered a concert number in the form of a completed dance piece. The number of entries from teams and individual performers is unlimited.
b) Performance in the form of a show program (theatrical production) is welcome.
c) Concert number duration:
1) for teams: up to 5 minutes;
2) for individual performers: up to 3 minutes.
d) Performance should be performed under a phonogram or accompanied by a "live" accompaniment; The groups provide soundtracks on CDs or mini-disks before the performance.

1) individual performers (dancers)
2) creative teams
Each of the submitted competitive sections is evaluated independently.

Doll Contest

The jury assess categories separately.

Technical requirements:
а) in person participants present prepared works (on whatman, canvas, plastic or other hard base) with option to hang them on vertical surface (hooks, mounts, eyelets, etc.). Volumetric compositions and objects should have supports that prevent obstruction of the object.
b) in absentia participants present photos of the competitive works in electronic form, the organizing committee print received files, prepare them and present in the general exhibition. The file must be at least 150-300 dpi and up to 15mb.

The competition of vocal mastery (singing competition) is held with the aim of preserving the traditions of multinational song culture and identity, popularizing and reviving various areas of performing art, and identifying and supporting talented performers and teachers.


ТECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
in Vocal competition / Singing competition


Individual singers and creative groups - pupils of cultural and educational institutions, schoolchildren, students of studios, clubs, extracurricular activities centers and other creative associations of children, adolescents and youth aged 27 inclusive are invited to participate in the vocal mastery competition.
 
Nominations:
Performers represent their work in one or several categories:
1) Pop song
2) Folk song and modern processing of folk songs
3) Academic singing
4) Choral singing
5) Jazz and blues
6) Rock and rock and roll
7) Acapella
 
Evaluation Criteria:
a) purity of intonation;
b) clear diction and manner of performance;
c) a sense of style of the work;
d) possession of vocal variety techniques;
e) correspondence of the repertoire to vocal abilities;
f) the embodiment of an artistic image;
g) artistry, ability to stay on stage, contact with the public;
h) stage costume.
 
Designing requierements:
1) There are three forms of competitive presentation of the song:
- solo
- duet
- collective
2) Competitive work is considered a concert number (song composition) in the form of a completed work. Individual performers and duets can submit to the competition both one or several concert numbers (competitive works). Each entry is evaluated as an independent work.
3) Duration of a concert number (song): up to 4 minutes
4) In the competition number it is possible to use modern electronic instruments and phonograms “minus one” (musical accompaniment without a voice), except for the “Acapella” nomination.
5) Collectives and individual performers can use both well-known songs and song compositions, as well as works of their own composition.
6) Performance in the form of a show program (theatrical production) is welcome.

а) young poets and writers - pupils of educational and specialized institutions, students of studios, circles, centers of extracurricular activities, various creative associations of children, adolescents and youth under the age of 18 years inclusive.
b) adult poets and writers - creating literary works both professionally and as a hobby. Age is not limited.
